Sarah Peters of the BC Chapter has forwarded the news of the passing of Keith Carroll. Keith was much appreciated for his work as Range Agrologist in the Peace River. He was dedicated to working with both agency and ranchers to protect the resource. He worked with a sensitivity to other’s ideas and needs.
