Brent Billingsley in partnership with The Nature Conservancy and NRCS is exploring the burgeoning virtual fence technology to manage their cattle in a sagebrush steppe community for post-fire recovery, reseedings, and management of sage grouse habitat in the beautiful Moses Coulee Preserve.
