Each Fall, the Section members elect a Second Vice-President and two new members to the Board of Directors. The Second Vice-President becomes First Vice-President the following year and then President. Board members are elected to a three-year term of office.

The Secretary and Treasurer are appointed by the President with approval of Board.  The Treasurer, who is also the Corporate Representative, must reside in Oregon, where our section is incorporated. Additionally, the Section has several committees to help in the conduct of the Section. Committee positions are appointed by the President from among the membership. The Newsletter Editor serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.
